n our day to day life we see failures and successes. Successes make us move forward while failures stuck some of us in a bad shape. A shape that captures our mind in a dilemma that a person thinks he is done with the rest of his life or some people think they are not worth anymore. These failures often hold us back to do anything else or anything new in our life.
Every time we start doing new things the past failures come in between and hold us far back into the darkness of feeling unworthy and useless. Today let us all learn a new lesson. Life is not about what we have or what we can make.
It is all about attitude. Attitude that makes and breaks us. Let us first understand what is attitude? Hold on your horses! I am sure you have thousands of different examples and perceptions about this word “Attitude” Attitude is 100%. The Right attitude is what brings about success. Attitude is a tendency to respond positively or negatively towards certain idea, object, person, or a situation. Attitude influences an individual’s choice of action and responses to challenges.
I may start with a story to share: There was a man who made a living by selling ballons at a fair. He had ballons of all colours including red,blue,gree,yellow and pink. Whenever the business was slow,he would release a helium-filled ballon into the air and when the children saw it go up, they all wanted to buy one. They would come up to him, buy a ballon and his sales would go up again.
He continued this process all day. One day, He felt someone tugging at his jacket. He turned around and saw a little boy who asked, If you reslease a black ballon, would that also fly? Moved by the boy’s concern, the man replied with empathy, son, it is not the colour of ballon, it is what is inside that makes it go up”. So the story above tells us it is not the colour of a person, it is not his caste or tribe he belongs to, it is not the qualification he has or the car he drives or the house he has to live in but it is the right positive attitude that makes him a human being and a successful person.
Let us further decide what positive and negative attitude is. Positive Attitude: It simply means you have power to overcome every problem you face in your life. With the positive attitude you can see a brighter side of your life. This attitude brings you success and makes your life a lot easier. This attitude develops your state of mind to become an optimistic (Positive thinker). Benefits of positive attitude

Always thank Almighty. Say (Alhamdulillah) 3: Associate yourself with more positive people: Negative people pull others down. If you want to stay positive, stay away from them. 4: Compliment at least one person every day.
This will make you feel good and will lift up your spirit. 5: Be enthusiastic: It draws others like magnet. You might not feel enthusiastic every time but you can do. Force it. A negative attitude is the viewpoint that you don’t want to do what people want you to do, or you hate what you’re supposed to do, or you don’t want to cooperate with other people. It is basically related to negativity of your thoughts that let you do nothing and all you do is hate, let people down after certain things and say no to things without even knowing them properly. Negative thoughts are caused by ingrained patterns related to our own beliefs, about self-esteem, security, money, people, life, and everything else. Problems associated with negative attitude:
1: Negative attitude shortens your life: The more often you become angry, upset or frustrated, the less days you will have left to live. I know this is extreme, but that’s how it is. You are shortening your life every time you let negative emotions overtake you. 2: Unpleasant future: Your actions determine your future. If you constantly moan and are dissatisfied with your circumstances, in the future you are sure to meet with more of the things you are unhappy about.
The more you complain the more things you will find to complain about. 3: It harm others: Your negative mood affects people around you. You should never make others feel bad because by doing so you are contributing not only to your own misery, but to the unhappiness of others also.
4: It produces negative effects: Every Cause has an effect and so your negative attitude (cause) produces negative circumstances. Mostly people think it’s the other way round, but that’s not the case. Your thinking causes your circumstances. How to change your negative Attitude: The best way to change your negative attitude is by understanding the outcome of negativity. 1: Try to find out what causes your negative attitude: It may be your past or you may be living with a person who has negativity. 2: Change the way you look at the situation: If you have an extra work.
Rather than complaining and wishing not to have the overload on your head. Take this extra work as a challenge and do it. 3: Do something to change your negative attitude: Whenever a challenge is thrown at you. Accept it in a positive way. This helps you to kick out your negativeness and invite positivity. 4: Do a lot of exercise, offer salah, meditate. This rejunivates your body and brain and cools you down. The more cooler you are the better thinker you will become.
5: Try not to be a couch potato, Get up and change yourself. 6: Read Success Stories that have inspired the World. Few Examples, Steve Jobs, nick vijucic, Gates and others. Their videos and books are easily available on online. 7: You can stick posters on walls (which carry inspirational and positive messages)in and around the house.
You can make them in fact, try writing, I am an optimistic(Positive Thinker).Lets us all spread peace and love. Try writing Quotes of your favourite Poet, or anyone else that you see as an inspiration. These things increase your positive mind capacity.
