1. What do you do for a living?
I do choreography of dance and modelling for living.
2. How would you describe what you do?
I think I am a resource person.
3. What does your work entail?
I do choreography of dance and modelling for living. Everything what you can relate with personality development.
4. Whats a typical work week like?
There is no such thing as a typical work week as a resource person. Morning – school teacher job, Evening – Dance and acting class in TIME TO Dance academy and weekends with make-up and model grooming classes and all.
5. How did you get started?
I started with Bollywood dancing as a performer. I had to study a lot to became a classical dance teacher. Then slowly because of Mr Sandeep CEO of Ru-Ba-Ru i put step towards the modelling and grooming.
6.What do you love the most about your work?
I like everything what i do because its my passion and i enjoy teaching. There is no job pressure in my schedule.
7.What do you dislike?
As the resource person, there are clashes in my work routine, that make me upset because i want to share my knowledge everyone who needed.
8.What skills are needed to do this?
First of all passion of learning and teaching more and more. Another one is knowledge about your concerned area.
9.What is the most challenging about what you do?
Same thing when you got clashes in different channels of your work.
10.What is most rewarding?
When you saw the people on the heights who are groomed by you and someone say that he has trust in your skills.
11.What advice would you offer someone considering this career?
You should have passion and deep knowledge about the concerned work. We should be in state of learning and teaching simultaneously every time.
12.How often do you take a break?
Anytime i want to be.
13.What else would you like people to know about your career?
As you know I started as a performer in dancing. RUBARU gave me the platform in modelling as a back stage manager. Slowly, as an official team member I started to sit for registrations. Then sometimes I got opportunity to choreograph the dance part, to hosting the shows and to manage the whole show. That made me recourse person. The whole credit goes to CEO of RUBARU MR. Sandeep Kumar and the whole team Vice president Mr. Pankaj Kharbanda, M.D Sudesh Chawla, My dear Sandeep Rojha, Pooja Bhartiya and Anil Kumar to show their love, respect, trust and blessings on me. I also want to thanks Rita Gangwani, Varun Katyal and Harish Khurana (owner of TIME TO DANCE studio where i am taking classes these days) for their great support.
14.What is a common misconception people have about what you do?
In rural areas i got very bad experiences among the narrow minded people. They don’t even think that this part of work also can be a respectful career. I think work is work doesn’t matter what it is.
