Interview of mascot model management owner Mr.kunal Gupta

1. What do you do for a living?

  I run a model & celebrity management company which is called mascot model & celebrity management pvt ltd.

2. How would you describe what you do?

 I am into fashion industry so I help fashion brands as a fashion consultant.

3. What does your work entail?

 My work is with Indian and international models I have also worked with many bollywood celebrities in events or for brand endorsements.

4 .What’s a typical work week like?

When you are travelling to another city for fashion show with ur full team including make up fashion stylist models.

5. How did you get started?

 I always wanted to be a part of fashion and film industry so it always one work where I love to work.

6. What do you love the most about your work?

 When I make good campaign commercial or editorial for fashion it make me happy and when your work is appreciated you are happy.

7. What do you dislike?

 I dislike that there is no big publicity for fashion industry people as compared to film industry as we do work hard same like them.

8. How do you make money or how are you compensated?

 When I do events or I cordinate a celebrity or I do casting for a film or web series I get paid for my work that is my source of income

9. What skills are needed to do this?

 You need to be a leader hard work and also the understand about your work and u need knowledge of what u doing what I believe if you do basics right you will get succesful in life always.

10. What is most challenging about what you do?

 When you handle models it’s really a challenging job.

11. What is most rewarding?

 When client appreciate your work and media you get rewards that’s the best moment and people really respect you.

12. What advice would you offer someone considering this career?

 The advice I will give to newcomers is to keep patience in this field you will not get everything in one day but if you have passion and love you will be there.

13. How much time off do you get?

 There is no off in this field, all time you have to work and every time you have to come up with new ideas and work there is much competition in the field.

14. What else would you like people to know about your career?

 I also have produced punjabi music videos and also have done work as a actor for serial in zee Tv was a small role and also played a small character in a Bollywood film so I also looking to work as s character actor in Bollywood.

15. What is the common misconception people have about what you do?

 See when you work with female models in fashion mostly people don’t understand your work but when they see a fashion hoardings or a tv add then they appreciate I am doing this from 7 years so know I do not get these type question as mostly people have seen my work and know have lot of respect for my work.
