Committee For JnU 1st Convocation
A committee has been formed on Tuesday to recommend relevant placements, time and plan related to the 1st convocation of Jagannath University (JnU).
Dean of Arts Faculty Professor Dr. Atiar Rahman is convenor and deputy registrar of university is member council secretary of this committite.This information was given in a press release from the University Public Information and Publications Department on Tuesday.
It is further informed in the notification that the place and time for the 1st convocation of Jagannath University; Instructions have been given to the committee to recommend the decision to VC by preparing the planning and related matters of convocation as soon as possible.
The other members of the committee are Dean of Business Studies, Dean of the Faculty of Science, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, Dean of Law Faculty, Dean of Life and Earth Sciences Faculty, Registrar, President and General Secretary of Jagannath University Teachers Association, Proctor, Examination Controller, Chief Engineer , Director of Student Welfare , Jagannath University Officer’s Associations President and General Secretary, Jagnnatha university students organizations president and general secretary.
It is to be noted that 1st meeting of the committee will be held in at 11:00 am on September 24 to recommend the related matters including place, time and plan for the 1st convocation.
