Meet talented designer SANDY AMAN from Kazakhstan
Sandy Aman is a designer from Kazakhstan with an extensive international experience. For last six years, Sandy led a commercially successful brand of women’s clothing, but a year ago she decided to leave it in favor of self-expression and launching her own line. The SS 2018 couture collection by Sandy Aman has had success in Europe and was highly appreciated at the Milan Fashion Week.
In her work, Sandy focuses on feminine dresses and high quality workmanship. The designer describes his mission as underlining the natural beauty and individuality of each woman.
The Couture collection SS 2019, displayed at the show in Dubai, will be the forerunner of the women’s ready-to-wear line, which will be presented in June.
Description of the collection
Couture collection AMORE SORELLE by Sandy Aman is inspired by the two younger sisters of a designer. It is based on the story of three women – three different temperaments and characters. Despite their striking external similarity, each sister has a bright individuality and their own way of dressing. So the collection represents the power and uniqueness of every woman, which can change their appearance but always keep their personality.
The collection consists of evening dresses and suits with sophisticated hand fancywork and feather decor. Asymmetry and voluminous sleeves are inspired by the style of the 90s, which is intrinsically connected to self-expression. Sandy also added hats to some looks as a tribute to Dubai and the association with the oriental motifs through a contemporary prism. The collection is divided into three color blocks as a symbol of each sister and their defining characteristic – nude as tender, red as strong and gold as wisdom. Using femininity as a universal language, Sandy develops the idea of the timeless beauty of the Woman and her best adornment – the haute couture dress.
