All about the foundation and how actually we work. In Superstar Art Foundation, our mission is to encourage any form of art that contributes to the promotion of humanities, women’s rights, children protection, animal protection, world peace, family love, and care.
Furthermore, We help artists to grow their expertise in the career and provide support to fund their projects through our non-profit programs. Artists enrich the world through their creative visions, producing bodies of work that have aesthetic and cultural significance in their own right and, in some cases, may embody sufficient financial value for philanthropy. To provide for posthumous stewardship of their creative legacies, and to realize their philanthropic concerns in the longer-term, we help artists to establish private foundations tax-exempt, charitable entities, created in some cases during the artist’s lifetimes and in others, under the artist’s estate plans
Who We Are?
Superstar Art foundation is founded by a group of a financial investor, media, artists that have the passion to support art career. Superstar Art foundation is a non-profit legal entity, is committed exclusively to charitable purposes and is recognized as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. It is regulated by the IRS and Texas State in which is established with File Number 803285823. It can be funded with gifts of cash, securities, or non-financial assets. Donations to it may be tax-deductible during a donor’s lifetime. Contributed assets are removed from the donor’s estate for tax purposes. It supports qualified charitable activities through grants or direct programs. We will make an annual contribution plan to art projects for charitable purposes based on the value of assets not held for charitable use, and pay an excise tax on investment income, including net proceeds of art sales.
What do We do?
We help our donor to fulfill their missions through a collaborative, consultative approach to prudent investment management as well as sound governance, resource development, and strategic planning and grant-making. We serve individual artists and artist-endowed investor for which the artists creative legacy and philanthropic vision is of strategic interest. Whether these artists are funded with the proceeds of the sale of artwork or with other assets, we support our donors by assisting with the investment management of the philanthropic capital.

Personal treasure and family heritage trustee service and beneficiary rights allocation. Art Wealth preservation and art project financing.
Superstar Art Foundation focusing the support and investment to the business and education career of creative art, film, TV, design, music, etc, which contributes to the promotion of humanities, women rights, children protection, animal protection, world peace, family love and care. We help artists to raise funds and support through our platform. We offer extensive art services, including art lending (leveraging art collections to unlock capital), art planning (designing effective strategies for disposition of collections), and consignment services (arranging for the sale of art and collectibles through auction houses). Fundraising social media and coop platforms include cloud funding market, social media (website, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc), private referral, block-chain market.
FILMMAKER SUPPORT
Most of our efforts pertaining to this program involve studying new approaches and developing innovative ways to implement them. We work closely with the film market to provide film financing support and a matching platform for filmmakers. Our goal is to support 5 up to 10 films that contribute to the promotion of humanities, women’s rights, children’s protection, animal protection, world peace, family love and care. Art Club function includes:
CHARITY PROGRAMS – Scholarship & Internship We are working closely with Art academy to provide innovative training programs to the young artist, that empowers young artists, and delivers the support they need. We also work with art studios to provide internship opportunities. We invite superstars to participate in online art experience sharing with social media. A certain budget of Superstar Scholarship and internship will be issued to students who made excellent performance in class. The scholarship and Internship are open for applicants and sponsors. Members who make the most contribution to nonprofit work with our foundation will be issued our Superstar Award. ART CLUB SPONSORSHIP SERVICE
Superstar Art Foundation dedicates to provide a good environment for artists to create and exhibit artworks. We provide an art club management service for luxury property owners, as well as an organizing service of art shows and networking events for our sponsors. . Art Club Sponsor will: Become our co-founding members to have their names and photo to be shown in the art club. Have free live-in service to the clubhouse by reservation. Have the beneficiary rights of the property in the trust of the foundation. Professional property management service and VIP member benefit provided by Foundation. Art Club function includes Foundation regional office, Member Reception management service, Artists training classroom and workshop, Art Gallery for exhibition, auction and art sponsors.

Superstar Art Foundation is a global platform for artists and philanthropists to join to support humanitarian artworks. We believe a good artist who can get most people’s support himself/herself should have a passion for his/her career, with a warm heart willing to help others. Therefore, we welcome volunteers and donors to join our membership program. Eligible members including singers, actors/actresses, art directors, musicians, designers, filmmakers, entertainment financers, art enthusiasts, high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Acceptions to a different form of donation include cash, fine art collections, gold, valuable antiques (jewelry, design works, artcrafts), securities, equity shares, personal assets, beneficiary rights from the sales of copyright of their artistic product.
